Organic Mango - a member of the Anacardiaceae family.

Organic Mangos are typically curved fruit with green, pinkish gold or red skin and a vibrant orange, highly perfumed flesh surrounding a very large hairy edible flat seed. Color is not necessarily an indication of ripeness in a mango. Some varieties remain green even when they are ripe, while others turn golden or bright red or a combination. Look for unblemished fruit with no black marks on the skin and the fruit is firm and aromatic.
